We understand that sometimes plans change. This policy explains how you can cancel your order and the conditions that apply.


🔹 Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via phone or email.

  • If the order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel it. In such cases, you may need to follow our Return Policy (if applicable).


🔹 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

  • The product is out of stock or unavailable.

  • Payment issues (e.g., declined transaction, incomplete payment).

  • Incorrect pricing or product information due to system error.

  • Any order deemed fraudulent or suspicious.

If we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund (if payment was already made) will be issued.


🔹 Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
