We understand that sometimes plans change. This policy explains how you can cancel your order and the conditions that apply.
🔹 Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via phone or email.
If the order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel it. In such cases, you may need to follow our Return Policy (if applicable).
🔹 Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations:
The product is out of stock or unavailable.
Payment issues (e.g., declined transaction, incomplete payment).
Incorrect pricing or product information due to system error.
Any order deemed fraudulent or suspicious.
If we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund (if payment was already made) will be issued.
🔹 Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
